A Guide to your Magical Mermaid Encounter

*Our Shoreline Silhouette packages include one authentic mermaid keepsake treasure from the Treasure Box for the guest of honor. If siblings or friends will be joining the photoshoot, please let us know in advance! Additional keepsake treasures can be added to your package for just $5 per child so everyone leaves with a piece of ocean magic.

*Any specific makeup and/or hair requests require 2 months advanced booking and $75 fee to ensure our mermaid can make the look!

*All bookings require a same-day, hold the date fee of $75 that goes toward the total of your bookings and is refundable for cancellations up to 1 week before the date. A refund can be given or used for a reschedule.

Mermaid Sundari will take photos whenever the client would like for their event but here are some tips to keep in mind when planning your event and getting the photos for your purchase and experience!

The Golden Hour Window: Perfect Beach Timing

Your timing dictates the quality of the photos. Midday sun creates harsh shadows, squinting eyes, and scorching sand.

• Evening "Golden Hour" (Best Choice): Schedule the shoot to begin 60 minutes before the official sunset. The light is warm, soft, and glowing gold. This lighting catches the iridescent sheen on the 3D tail scales beautifully.

• Morning "Blue Hour" (Alternative): Schedule the shoot for sunrise. The lighting is clean, pastel, and serene, and the beaches are entirely empty. This is ideal for highly sensitive children who might become overwhelmed by large beach crowds.
